These terms apply to the PipeAnswer website and free trial offered by ReelForge LLC ("we", "us"). PipeAnswer is a pre-launch service. By using this site or requesting a trial, you agree to these terms.
PipeAnswer is an AI assistant that answers inbound calls for your business and sends you call summaries, together with website and Google Business Profile services as described on our pricing section. It answers inbound calls only. It does not make outbound calls or send text messages.
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not sign up for a paid plan by the end of the trial, the service stops and you owe nothing.
We do not take payments on this website yet. Before any paid plan begins, we will show you the price, that it renews monthly until cancelled, the billing date and how to cancel online, and we will ask for your separate consent. Listed prices are in US dollars.
Every call starts with a notice that the call is answered by an AI assistant and recorded. We configure the service so that this notice is played, and captured in the recording, at the start of every call. You may not disable, shorten or remove the AI or recording notice, or ask us to do so.
You are responsible for your business's compliance with laws that apply to your calls and your industry, including any notice or consent required to record calls, and for how you use call recordings and summaries. You will defend and indemnify ReelForge LLC against claims arising from your use of the service, your instructions to us, or your breach of these terms.
You may not use PipeAnswer for healthcare or any service involving protected health information, legal services or legal intake, financial services, lending or debt collection, insurance, emergency or alarm services, services directed to children, or any unlawful purpose. PipeAnswer is not HIPAA compliant and we do not sign business associate agreements.
PipeAnswer is not a substitute for 911 or emergency services. We aim to answer calls 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The AI may mishear, misunderstand or omit information, fail to answer, or give incorrect answers. Review summaries and call back customers for anything important. Do not rely on PipeAnswer for urgent, safety or emergency situations. You remain responsible for responding to your customers.
The service is provided "as is" during this pre-launch period. Results vary, and we do not guarantee more calls, jobs or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero during a free trial).
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for material changes, notify active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply only going forward and do not apply to disputes that arose before the change. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
You may stop using the service or cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service for a prohibited purpose, or end the service for everyone with at least 30 days' notice. After termination, we delete call recordings, transcripts and summaries within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep them longer; download anything you need before then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, except that if we end the service without cause we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. The sections on your responsibilities and indemnity, prohibited uses, no guarantees and limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party waives a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
