We will not charge your card during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription, and we will charge your card the plan price shown at sign-up (plus any applicable tax) on the day the trial ends, and then on the same day each month until you cancel. We will email you a reminder at least 3 days before your trial ends. One free trial per business.

You can cancel at any time online, in your account under Billing > Cancel subscription, in a few clicks, without calling or chatting with us. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, it ends at the end of the current paid month: you keep the service until then and will not be charged again.
