Refund Policy

Trial: request within 72 hours of payment. Plan: within 7 days of starting or upgrading. Refund = amount paid − $10 setup fee − $0.40 × minutes used, for trial upgrades and direct subscriptions alike ($10 deducted only once); if $0 or less, no refund and nothing more is charged. Examples: trial, used 10 minutes → $19 − $10 − $4 = $5 back. Subscribed directly, paid $79, used 60 minutes → $79 − $10 − $24 = $45 back. Upgrade: pay $60; your first period has 200 minutes minus trial minutes used. There is no limit on how many times this policy applies.
