Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. You agree to it by checking the box before you pay.

When you can ask for a refund

• 1-week trial ($19): within 72 hours after your payment.
• Monthly plan ($79/month): within 7 days after your plan starts, or after you upgrade from the trial.

How the refund is calculated

Refund = amount paid − $10 setup fee − minutes used × $0.40.

The same formula applies whether you upgraded from the trial or subscribed to the monthly plan directly. The $10 is deducted only once per account. If you subscribed directly, you did not pay a setup fee at checkout; $10 is kept as a setup fee only if you request a refund. If the result is $0 or less, no refund is due and we will not charge you anything more. For a plan refund, "amount paid" is everything you have paid us (including the trial and the $60 upgrade payment), and "minutes used" is all minutes used on your account.

Examples

• Trial: you paid $19 and used 10 minutes. Refund = $19 − $10 − $4 = $5.
• Trial: once you have used about 22 minutes, no trial refund remains.
• Monthly plan, subscribed directly: you paid $79 and used 60 minutes. Refund = $79 − $10 − $24 = $45.
• Plan after upgrading: you paid $19 + $60 = $79 and used 50 minutes in total. Refund = $79 − $10 − $20 = $49.

Other rules

• There is no limit on how many times you may use this policy.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• The $10 setup fee is not refundable and is deducted only once.
• Outside these windows, fees are not refundable, except where required by law or if we end the service without cause.
