Privacy Policy

• We collect the details you submit (business info, contact email) and the call recordings, transcripts and summaries the AI creates for your line.
• We use them only to provide and improve your service. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data.

• Call records (recordings, transcripts, summaries, categories and call details): while your account is active, we keep each record for 12 months from the date of the call, then delete it automatically. You can export your records from your dashboard before then.
• Website chat conversations: kept for the same period as call records.
• After you cancel: you can export your records until your account closes. We delete your call records and chat conversations within 30 days after your account closes.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 more days until those backups are overwritten.
• Exceptions: we may keep limited records longer only where needed for billing, disputes or chargebacks, legal requirements, or fraud prevention.
• Aggregated data: we may keep aggregated data that does not identify you or any caller.
• Do-not-contact list: if you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on our do-not-contact list so we don't email you again.

• Demo pages record anonymous visit and play events (time, browser type).
• Unsubscribe from our emails anytime with the link in every email; we keep your address on a do-not-contact list.
